Order Processing Time
Orders will be shipped out within 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise under the item's description.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we will try our best to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order, but cannot guarantee we will be able to do so. Our customer service team has an estimated 48-72 business hour response time. This does not apply to weekends. Upon certain requests, we may be able to ship to P.O. boxes.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
CVPJs has a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
